LWAM TESFALDET is an Operations Manager for Lupe Development Partners. She manages commercial properties, including tenant and vendor relationships, lease management and rent collection. Also serving as Lupe’s Office Manager, Lwam provides administrative, accounting and clerical support to the entire team and is Lupe’s go-to for everything tech. She is also a specialist in asset management, supporting management staff across Lupe’s residential developments.
Lwam joined Lupe Development Partners in 2022 as an Office/Property Manager. Prior to her career with Lupe, Lwam spent half a decade in progressive managerial roles with TCF Bank.
Education
Lwam grew up in St. Paul and attended Augsburg University, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing in 2019.
