Cameron is a Project Manager Chief Underwriter and minority partner at Lupe Development Partners. He focuses on project coordination and underwriting on commercial and residential developments. Cameron acts as a liaison between owners, architects, engineers and contractors throughout the construction process.
He has acted as property manager and owner representative on mixed-use projects and retail tenant buildouts. Cameron joined Lupe Development in 2016 and has helped develop more than 900 housing units and more than 100,000 square feet of commercial space. During predevelopment and construction, Cameron works closely with the municipalities and neighborhood associations, making sure Lupe Development has open communication and engagement with the communities where it operates. In addition to community engagement, his experience includes grant writing and underwriting for multifamily housing projects, helping to secure necessary funds for development.
Cameron graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth, with a bachelor’s degree in finance and a minor in Spanish. He then continued his education in Barcelona, Spain, completing a master’s of science in management at the University of Pompeu Fabra. Cameron is married to Marta, and they have one daughter. Apart from being a new father, you can find Cameron hitting the slopes snowboarding, playing soccer, lacrosse, and golfing.
