Aaron is Vice President of Construction and a minority partner at Lupe Development Partners. Aaron is involved in all facets of the development process. His primary focus is on project design, scoping, budgeting, contractor selection, project management and delivery.
Aaron has been with Lupe Development since 2006 and has been involved with the construction of more than 1,000 housing units and 100,000 square feet of commercial space. In addition to new housing, his project experience includes an office/warehouse project, retail, fast food, mixed-use projects, numerous tenant build-outs and apartment renovations.
Prior to joining Lupe Development, Aaron worked in property management and brings that customer-oriented perspective to his role at Lupe.
Education
Aaron is a graduate of the University of Minnesota-Duluth, with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in history. Aaron also holds an active Minnesota real estate license.
Aaron is a lifelong Minnesotan. He was born and raised in Saint Paul and currently lives in Eagan with his wife and two young boys. He spends his free time playing hockey, golfing, skiing, sailing and coaching his kids’ sports.
