Lupe Development Partners is redeveloping key retail and office properties at the intersection of Valley Creek Road and Interstate 494 in Woodbury. Lupe Development leased space to Chick-fil-A for a 5,000-square-foot restaurant with a drive-thru and sold the ground lease for the restaurant in 2021. The restaurant is now open and a major amenity for the Woodbury Central Office community.
