Lupe Development Partners is redeveloping key retail and office properties at the intersection of Valley Creek Road and Interstate 494 in Woodbury. Plans include refurbished multi-tenant office buildings, prime retail, a Chick-fil-A restaurant and a new office building of up to 40,000 square feet. The Valley Creek project represents a once-in-a-generation site assembly opportunity in a high-demand market where Lupe Development will deliver on the City of Woodbury’s forward-thinking vision for more employment, retail and services at this important intersection.
As part of the project, the existing Key Inn motel was demolished in 2019. The retail buildings – a Chick-fil-A restaurant and another 5,000-square-foot building – would front Valley Creek Road. Two small office buildings on Woodlane Drive have been significantly renovated and made available for multi-tenant use.
The project is located near the Woodbury Theatre stop and park-and-ride on the Gold Line, a planned 10-mile dedicated bus rapid transit (BRT) route along Interstate 94 from Woodbury to downtown Saint Paul.
The Chick-fil-A restaurant is now open at 6939 Valley Creek Rd and both repositioned office buildings are available for lease.
