Lucy is President and Chief Executive Officer of Lupe Development Partners, LLC. She has more than 40 years of marketing and managerial experience related both to residential real estate and media.
She joined Lupe in 1994. As President and Chief Executive Officer, Lucy oversees the property leasing programs, internal and external communications, human resources development, and branding of Lupe’s rental portfolio.
Lucy began her career in the Twin Cities as a sales and marketing executive at KSTP-TV. In 2013 after the death of her father, Lucy stepped in to help lead her family communications business based in Wisconsin. Rejoining Lupe in 2022, Lucy focuses on marketing, branding and asset management, as well as our non-profit affiliate – Resident Success, Inc.
Education
Lucy holds a bachelor’s degree in public communication from Syracuse University. She also attended the Syracuse University study abroad program in London. Committed to lifelong learning, Lucy believes she gains the most from her experiences with and listening to others.
Community Involvement
Lucy served as a board member at ArtSpace, Inc for more than 10 years. Lucy also served on the board of Inland Press Association and is currently a trustee of Carthage College. Lucy is President of Resident Success, Inc, and 501©3 non-profit engaged in tenant training and resourcing.

Hobbies & Interests
Lucy enjoys cooking, gardening, hiking and reading newspapers. Lucy and Steve have two adult sons, Alexander and Zachary, a daughter-in-love, April, and two precious grandchildren.
