Halverson and Blaiser Group to assume management of Wirth on the Woods
Lupe Development Partners will transition management of The Theodore and The Eloise living communities at Wirth on the Woods to Halverson and Blaiser Group (HBG), effective September 1, 2024.
We take great pride in building our properties and maintaining our investments in the communities where we work, and experienced property management partners are a key part of our success. HBG currently manages more than 5,800 units in the Twin Cities metro, which now includes 1,700 units owned by Lupe Development and our partners. We would like to thank our trusted partners at Ecumen, who have helped to establish the community at Wirth on the Woods, for their commitment to our residents.
Wirth on the Woods is a mixed-income, 55+ community in the Bryn Mawr neighborhood of Minneapolis, comprising The Theodore and The Eloise apartment buildings. These properties enjoy many amenities, including fitness centers, community rooms, outdoor courtyards, gardens and a greenhouse – the perfect complements to an active 55+ lifestyle. The park-like setting creates an intergenerational community featuring walking trails connected to Theodore Wirth Park, a regional stormwater pond to alleviate area flooding, and an outdoor classroom and play area developed in partnership with Minneapolis Public Schools (MPS).
