The East Side Apartments community offers 216 units of affordable housing in Saint Paul’s Dayton’s Bluff neighborhood in two properties – one new construction and one vintage renovation.
This vintage property across at 1276 Wilson Avenue was extensively renovated in 2018. New windows, patio doors, kitchens cabinets and flooring were added, as well as a new fitness center, a new boiler system, new electrical service and added sprinkler fire protection. The building has 102 units of naturally occurring affordable housing.
Combined, both buildings create a 216-unit affordable housing campus. Residents from both buildings can enjoy the campus fitness center, WiFi-connected community room, business center, outdoor pavilion, courtyard, bike racks and underground parking.
