This project was a prototype for developing student-oriented housing of high quality on constrained parcels near transit. Offering a new and exciting architectural concept for university-based housing, The Cluster melded the privacy and exclusivity of a townhome or duplex with the convenience and amenities today’s university-based renter wants in near-campus housing.
