Lupe Development Partners transformed a former Blockbuster video store into a thriving multi-tenant retail building with new national credit tenants including Chipotle Mexican Grill, Fantastic Sam’s and T-Mobile. Renovated in 2011, the 7,098-square-foot building is located in the center of Eagan’s prime shopping corridor between Interstate 35E and Highway 77. Lupe Development sold the property in 2018.
