Lupe purchased these circa 1980s buildings in 2018 as part of a larger planned unit development for the City of Woodbury along the Gold Line BRT corridor. Now branded as Woodbury Central Office, the redevelopment includes new retail and medical office on adjacent parcels we also acquired. Lupe invested and refurbished the sturdy, but outdated buildings to offer a fresh new exterior and interior finish, new conference rooms, new washroom facilities as well as new HVAC, lighting and signage. The transformation has been well received and we are pleased to have many new office tenants taking advantage of ideal location, proximity to services, amenities, shopping and easy transportation options.
